Vivek Flowers Jersey City

We were here on June 12th around 4.30 - 5:00 p.m. to buy some flowers. My wife called in the morning and was told that they can only provide one box of flowers but we needed two boxes. The kind-hearted ladies at the shop had some extra and gave us two Jasmine boxes that made so much of a good difference in our religious event today. I want to thank the owner and the management for the kind-hearted service. We used to go to a different shop but this ultimately came our favorite now. Jersey City is a busy place and hard to find free parking even for 5 minutes. But we will definitely visit this place whenl we need these flowers. And we are going to tell everyone we know and recommend this clean, tidy good shop where kind-hearted beautiful souls work and help people. May the good merits we accumulated through our religious event be a blessing to you all. May this business grow with abundance of Success Safety Blessings and Happiness.

Beautiful floral designs and excellent customer service. The flowers were fresh, carefully arranged, and made the occasion feel extra special. Ordering was simple and everything was handled professionally. Would gladly recommend!

The product quality is very poor and overpriced. The items I purchased started falling apart even before I reached my destination. I returned to the store within 24 hours to address the issue and request a refund for the retun, but the experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. One of the staff members, Deepya, was rude and dismissive, repeatedly telling me that they “did not force me to buy the product” and that it was customer’s fault. I explained that had I known the product was faulty, I would never have purchased it in the first place. She also tried to manipulate me while on call with her Manager until she realized I speak the same language. Despite this, I was told they would only offer an exchange or store credit and refused a refund. It was only after speaking with the manager that a refund was finally issued. No issues with the Manager but overall, the store is overpriced, the staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional, and the product quality is very bad. I do not recommend this store unless it’s an absolute emergency and quality does not matter to you.
